Phenomenal experience with this team. The emotional rollercoaster that comes with buying land, selling your (what you thought was “I’m going to raise my children in this house”) home, and building a completely custom home can be extremely stressful. I’d lie if I said it didn’t bring stress, but what I can tell you is working with the team reduced the level of stress by a lot. Their roll-up their sleeve attitudes, and white-glove experience was nothing like I had expected. Three things that stood out for me: 1. The level of communication was professional and responsive, 2. Their calmness through the tough parts made things easier (everything is fixable), and 3. Their attention to detail…AND we were on time, and on budget!
