We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own builds from permit through close-out — keeping schedules tight, subs accountable, and quality at the level we expect. The right person is detail-oriented, connected in the local trade community, and thrives in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years managing custom home construction in the Phoenix area to be considered.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations — tracking schedules, coordinating with designers, architects, subcontractors and vendors, managing timelines, and keeping projects organized from pre-construction through closeout. You'll work closely with the project manager to make sure nothing falls through the cracks on our amazing projects!
