We are looking for an Office Administrator to keep the engine running behind the scenes. This is a hybrid role based in Arizona supporting a high-performing luxury custom home building team across day-to-day office operations, communications, vendor and invoice management, estimating coordination, and marketing support. If you're organized, self-directed, and thrive in a fast-moving environment — we'd love to hear from you.

Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own builds from permit through close-out — keeping schedules tight, subs accountable, and quality at the level our clients expect. The right person is detail-oriented, connected in the local trade community, and thrives in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years managing custom home construction in the Phoenix area to be considered.
